Things to do in Seminyak:
1. Relax at Seminyak Beach:

The beach is clean enough to enjoy the good vibes around. You can also go swimming here. If you want, you can also rent a sun lounger here and enjoy the amazing Balinese sunset.

2. Visit Pura Petitenget Temple, Seminyak:

This temple is about a half-hour drive away from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is a major tourist spot in Seminyak because this temple is one of the six important sea temples in Bali.
The meaning of name of this temple is “Magic Box”, and this is referred to as a magic box owned by a priest back in the 16th century.
The six temples line the coast from Pura Luhur Ulu Watu to the most famous temple in Bali, Pura Tanah Lot. Most of the architecture is made up of red bricks and sandstone.
In the courtyard, you will find a dozen shrines and small pavilions draped in the Balinese chequered clothes. To enter this temple you have to buy a ticket cost IDR50,000. The temple opens at 8 in the morning and closes at 6 in the evening.
3. Shopping at Jalan Laksmana:

Kuta is about 4.7 km away from Seminyak. It will take about 10 minutes to reach here in the normal traffic.

Food to try in Seminyak:
1. Pisang Goreng:

It is a local and famous dessert in Seminyak. Pisang Goreng is basically fried bananas.
In Seminyak, you will find them in various shapes from the small sweet varieties to large ones that seem like a weapon.
These fried bananas are served with honey or palm sugar syrup, a little bit of flaked coconut, and vanilla ice cream.
On the roadside stalls, you will get the plain Pisang Goreng without any garnishing.
2. Mini Rijstaffel:

It is a Dutch word that means “Rice Table”.
This dish contains a mixed selection of Balinese and Indonesian delicacies like Bebak Betatu (smocked duck), Chicken with sambal, Prawns, Pork and Chicken Stakes, Sayur Urap, Potato Croquettes, Tempe, Tofu, and yellow Nasi Tumpeng (rice cone).
3. Gado-Gado:

Gado-Gado literally means “Mix-Mix”. It is one of Bali’s best-known dishes.
Gado-Gado is a vegetable salad bathed in classic and flavored peanut sauce. It is served cold.
It is served at a base of boiled long beans, spinach, potato, corn, egg, bean sprouts, cucumber, tofu, and tempe.
How to reach Seminyak:
1. Reach Seminyak by flight:
The nearest airport is Bali Denpasar Airport. Seminyak is about 10.5 km drive away from this airport.
You can get a taxi or a bus to get to the city center. It will take about 35 minutes to reach Seminyak by taxi and it will cost you around 150,000 IDR.
The bus will take 55 minutes as you will need to make a change in Kuta, it will cost you about 7,000 IDR. The bus runs from 4:55 am to 10:15 pm
2. Reach Seminyak by road:
If you want to travel Seminyak from the nearby cities, the cheapest way is to drive and the fastest way is to catch a taxi.
