Ways to reach Karbi Beach:
Easiest:
Take a flight to Karbi International Airport. Travel to Karbi city or Ao nang city. I suggest you pre-book your rides to these cities. From these cities, you can get a long-tail boat to Karbi.
It will cost you about 1350 Thai baht or $38 USD. This price also includes other facilities such as a private van from the airport to Ao Nang city, the booking of the long tail boat, and a tractor ride to your hotel.
Cheapest:
Get off at Karbi International Airport and buy tickets for a shuttle bus for $3 to Karbi city and for $5 to Ao Nang city.
After reaching Karbi or Ao Nang City you can hop into long-tail boats that will cost you $3 from Ao Nang City and $5 from Karbi, the long-tail boat will drop you near the beach.
The boats cost more as the sun sets and after sunset, the boat will depart once when filled completely.
If you want a hassle-free and time-saving alternative to reach Ao Nang and Karbi then you go for fixed-price taxis. It is much more costly than both ways.
It will cost 600 bahts to Ao Nang and 350 bahts to Karbi.
