5. Sheffield City Hall:
City Hall opened in 1932 as a Grade-II listed building in the neoclassical style, featuring a great portico. Inside the building you will find The Oval Hall, it is the largest hall in the building with a seating capacity of 2,271 people.
Along with this huge hall, this building also houses the Memorial Hall with a seating capacity of 425 people and a Ballroom with a seating capacity of 400 people. At either side of the stage, you can see a pair of four-foot-high stone Art Deco lions, weighing 2.5 tonnes.

They constructed Sheffield Botanical Garden in the year 1833. It is located about 1 mile southwest of Sheffield City Center. The garden covers an area of about 19 acres and features gardens designed in the “Gardenesque” style.

You can see “I Love You Will U Marry Me” written as a message on the side of a 130ft bridge crossing over Norwich Street from one block of flats to another at the 13th floor level on the city’s grade II-listed Park Hill flats.
Jason Lowe, a tall young man, wrote this message for Clare Middleton, his girlfriend, as a public declaration of love and a marriage proposal. But, Clare declined Jason’s proposal and later married someone else. However, many people do not know that the full graffiti declaration read “Clare Middleton I Love You Will U marry Me”.
After some time, they illuminated the graffiti with neon lights but omitted Clare’s name. Maintenance work removed the slogan in 2021, but Jason’s message has since become a symbol of love and freedom.

It is a type of condiment produced in Sheffield in South Yorkshire, England. It appears similar to Worcestershire sauce, but it does not contain anchovies. This relish is prepared with water, sugar and spirit vinegar with the addition of spices and colouring.
